Joanne Fedeyko is the Founder & CEO at Connection Silicon Valley, and the Founder of the Canadian Women's Network, a community that connects Canadian founders to an influential network of U.S. investors, mentors and executives to help them grow locally and scale globally.

As Publisher of Disruption Magazine, a global online platform, Joanne amplifies the voices of emerging market innovators to position them for global success.
She is an angel investor and advisor to startups. She is a founding Board Member of CELS (Canadian Entrepreneurs in Life Science) supporting life science founders seeking expansion and capital in the U.S. market.
Joanne's work has focused on supporting female founders by providing access to global capital through her signature program, Pathway to Silicon Valley. She co-founded Women’s Equity Lab Silicon Valley, an angel fund with 25 global LPs dedicated to increasing women’s representation on the cap table.

At Connection Silicon Valley she plays a pivotal role in designing and executing high-impact programs that connect international founders with world-class networks, investors, and mentors in the U.S.
Through initiatives such as Pathway to Silicon Valley, Funmbi supports entrepreneurs in accessing the resources, relationships, and insights needed to accelerate growth and expand internationally. Her work bridges ecosystems, fosters collaboration, and amplifies opportunities for women and early-stage founders to succeed on the global stage.
She also contributes to global startup with her volunteer role at Young People In Tech (YPIT), a growing community of over 5,000 members focused on career growth and innovation.

Peace leads operations, systems and AI implementation at Connection Silicon Valley, helping build the infrastructure that powers our programs, global community and continued growth.
She oversees the operational execution of CSV's programs and events, including Pathway to Silicon Valley, Building Bridges and our growing portfolio of founder and ecosystem initiatives. From planning and communications through delivery and follow-up, Peace helps ensure that every program runs smoothly and creates a high-quality experience for participants and partners.
A key part of Peace's role is building the systems behind the organization. She develops processes, documentation and workflows that make CSV more efficient and scalable, with a particular focus on using AI and automation to reduce manual work and extend the reach of a small team.
Peace also supports CSV's global community of founders, investors, executives and ecosystem partners, while helping track and communicate the impact of our work.
