Program Experience

This is a fast-paced, execution-focused sprint. Founders are expected to complete weekly deliverables in order to remain in the program. Expect 3–5 hours of work per week outside of sessions.

Week 2

• Fundraising strategy & investor targeting

Outputs: Fundraising playbook: 50+ investor list, outreach language, strategic connections, fundraising timeline

Week 3

• Term sheets, venture economics and data room preparation

Outputs: Term sheet understanding, data room structure, investor readiness checklist

Week 4

• GTM strategy & U.S. market engagement

Outputs: Draft GTM playbook: ICP, messaging, sales strategy aligned to U.S. market entry
